Create a New Site

1. Navigate to Corporpate Dashboard

2. Click "CREATE SITE"

3. Click the "Site Name" field and enter the Site Name.

4. Click the "Site Admin Email" field and enter the Site Admin's email.

5. Click the "Site Admin First Name" field and enter the Site Admin's first name.

6. Click the "Site Admin Last Name" field and enter the Site Admin's last name.

7. Click the "State" drop-down and select the Site's state.

8. Optional: Click the "Division" field and enter the Division, if applicable.

9. Optional: Click the "VPP Category" field and select the appropriate VPP Cetegory.

10. Optional: Click the "Date of Last Audit" field and select the date, if applicable.

11. Optional: Click the "Date of Next Audit" field and select the date, if applicable.

12. Click "CREATE SITE"


Create a New Site User

1. Navigate to the Site Dashboard.

2. Click the "Users" icon.

3. Select “Auditees.”

4. Click “Add Auditee”

5. Click the “Email” field and enter the Auditee’s email.

6. Click the "Role" drop-down and select whether the User will be a Site Admin or an Auditee.

7. Click the "First Name" field and enter the User's first name.

8. Click the "Last Name" field and enter the User's last name.

9. Click "CREATE AUDITEE."


Create an Auditor

1. Navigate to the Site Dashboard.

2. Click the "Users" icon.

3. Click "Auditors.”

4. Click “ADD AUDITOR”

5. Click “Email” and enter the Auditor’s email address.

6. Click “Role” and select either “Auditor” or “Lead Auditor.”

7. Click the "First Name*" field and enter the Auditor’s first name.

8. Click the "Last Name*" field and enter the Auditor’s Last name.

9. Click the "Title*" field and enter the Auditor’s Title.

10. Click the "Company*" field and enter the name of the Auditor’s company.

11. Click the "City*" field and enter the city where the Auditor is located.

12. Click the "State*" field and enter the state where Auditor is located.

13. Click “CREATE AUDITOR.”


Manage Site Information

1. Navigate to the Corporate Dashboard.

2. Click "Edit" button for the Site on the Corporate Dashboard.

3. Change desired fields.

4. Click “SAVE CHANGES.”


Edit User Information

1. Navigate to the Site Dashboard.

2. Find the User you would like to manage.

3. To edit User details, click the "Edit" button (represented by the Pencil icon).

4. Change the selected role, if desired.

5. Change the "First Name" field, if desired.

6. Change the "Last Name" field, if desired.

7. Click "SAVE CHANGES."

8. To remove a User and/or revoke their access, click the "Delete" button (represented by the Trash Can icon).

9. Click "CONFIRM."


Start a New Audit

1. Navigate to the Site Dashboard.

2. Click "START NEW AUDIT."

3. Click "AUDIT."


Complete an Audit Questionnaire

1. Navigate to the Site Dashboard.

2. Locate the audit you would like to complete.

3. Click "VIEW QUESTIONS."

4. Click "AUDIT REPORT DETAILS.”

5. The “Audit Report Details” window should open.

6. Complete all sections for "Company Info."

7. Complete all sections for "Site Desc & Hazards."

8. Complete all sections for "Site Info."

9. Complete all sections for "Recordkeeping."

10. Complete all sections for "Audit Info."

11. Complete all sections for "OSHA Info."

12. Click "SAVE & CLOSE."

13. Click on the section you would like to submit an answer for.

14. Click on a question to open it for completion.

15. Enter a response into the test field.

16. Click "SAVE."

17. Click “Upload Documents” and select "Choose File(s) from Document Library" to attach a document already uploaded to the Document Library or select “Upload File(s) from Desktop” in order to upload a new document.

Note: Any documents submitted via “Upload File(s) from Desktop” will be automatically saved in the Document Library.

18. When you have completed a question, click this checkbox. Doing so will mark the question complete and add it to the “Ready for Audit” progress bar.

19. Click "NEXT" to progress through the following questions, repeating the above steps until all questions have been completed.


Finalize/Submit a Questionnaire for Audit

1. Navigate to the Site Dashboard.

2. Once "Percent Complete" shows “100%,” you will be able to submit the questionnaire for audit.

3. Click "SUBMIT AUDIT" button to finalize and submit the questionnaire.

4. A new "Auditor's Review" widget will appear.

5. A new "Requests & Findings" widget will appear.


Start a New Self-Assessment

1. Navigate to the Site Dashboard.

2. Click "START NEW SELF-ASSESSMENT."

3. You will now see the new "SELF ASSESSMENT" available.

4. Click "VIEW QUESTIONS" to start completing the new Self-Assessment.


Conducting a Self-Assessment

1. Navigate to the Site Dashboard.

2. Find the Open Self Assessment you want to complete.

3. Click "VIEW QUESTIONS."

4. Starting with "SUMMARY INFORMATION"

5. Enter the information needed for each section, beginning with "Company Info."

6. Enter all information for "Site Info."

7. Enter all information for "Union Info."

8. Enter all information for "Recordkeeping."

9. Enter all information for "Applicable Contractor Recordkeeping."

10. Enter all information for "Significant Events or Changes."

11. Enter information for "Merit/One Year Conditional."

12. Enter information for "Best Practices and Successes."

13. Enter information for "Special Government Employees."

14. Click "SAVE & CLOSE."

15. Click to expand the section of the Self-Assessment you want to complete.

16. Click here.

17. Select a question to enter a response.

18. Enter response(s) as required.

19. Click "SAVE."

20. Click this checkbox to mark the questions as "Done."

21. Click "NEXT" to proceed through all questions.


Finalizing and Archiving a Self-Assessment

1. Navigate to the Site Dashboard.

2. Once "Percent Complete" for the Self-Assessment reaches 100%, “GENERATE REPORT” will become available.


3. Click "GENERATE REPORT" to download the .pdf report for the Self-Assessment.

4. "ARCHIVE SELF-ASSESSMENT" will also become available. Clicking this will archive the Self Assessment.


Upload a New Document

1. Navigate to the Site Dashboard.

2. Click "DOCUMENT LIBRARY."

3. Click "UPLOAD DOCUMENT.”

4. Select the Document to Upload

5. Select a Folder to upload the Document to.


Replace a Document

1. Navigate to the Document Library.

2. Find the Document to Be Deleted.

3. Click this icon.

4. Select the desired Replacement Document.

Note: Replacing a document in this way will replace that document in every instance it has been uploaded as supporting documentation throughout your report.


Delete a Document

1. Navigate to the Document Library.

2. Locate the Document to Be Deleted.

3. Click the "Delete" icon (represented by a Trash Can.

4. Click "CONFIRM."

5. The confirmation message "Document deleted successfully" will appear.


Assign a Document to a Question

1. Navigate to any Question Detail Page.

2. Select whether to "Choose File(s) from Document Library" or "Upload File(s) from Desktop."

3. Select desired File(s).

4. Click "SELECT FILE."

5. Desired File(s) will show as Attached.


Create a New Document Folder

1. Navigate to the Document Library.

2. Click "CREATE FOLDER."

3. Click the "Folder Name" field and enter desired Folder Name.

4. Click "CREATE FOLDER."


Delete a Document Folder

1. Navigate to the Document Library.

2. Find the desired Document Folder to Delete.

3. Click the "Delete" icon (represented by a Trash Can.

4. Click "CONFIRM."


Create a New Finding

1. Navigate to the Auditor Dashboard.

2. Click "VIEW REQUESTS & FINDINGS."

3. Click "Findings(1)."

4. Click "New Finding.”

5. Click the "Item Description" field and enter desired details.

6. Click the "Specific Location" field and enter desired details.

7. Click "Auditor" to assign which auditor the finding belongs to.

8. Click here to add up to three (3) images of the original issue.

Note: Depending on your version of the app or smartphone operating system, the plus sign icon may be unclickable. If this is the case, select the white space around the plus sign, and the media uploader will launch.

9. Click "Save" to submit the Finding.


Create a New Request

1. Navigate to any Question Detail Page.

2. Click "CREATE REQUEST."

3. Click the "Subject" field and enter desired details.

4. Click the "Description" field and enter desired details.

5. Click "Save" to submit the New Request.
